West Virginia Cares Festival

West Virginia Cares Festival, Friday, August 11th through Sunday, August 13th at Pegasus Farm Campground

West Virginia Cares Festival is a new regional event celebrating all that we CARE about this great Mountain State.

WE CARE about our people, our veterans, our culture, our environment, our history, our talent and our future.

The event highlights Appalachian music, dance, arts, crafts, foods and the hospitality of mountain folk.

The event will benefit the We Care Caribbean Social & Educational Foundation, the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association, and the Friends of the Cheat, a non-profit founded in 1995 to restore, preserve and promote the natural qualities of the Cheat River watershed.

The two-day event features nearly a dozen music groups, arts and crafts, food vendors, and many other activities.

Two-day event with overnight camping in the mountains of West Virginia includes 8 bands, vendors, crafts and much more. Proceeds to benefit the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Assocation and Friends of the Cheat.
