Pocahontas Opera House presents Miracle For Moriah Benefit

Performers include The Viney Mountain Bluegrass Boys, Lee Ann Boggs and SELDOM HEARD, THE HEFNER FAMILY, Lightning Rose (rock), Cold Ethyl (rock), Public Disturbance (pop-punk), JAG and the Big C (rock), Corinne Airgood, Daniel Gum, Danielle Cain, Miles Goodall, and a special appearance by The Greenbrier Roller Vixens roller derby team!

Doors open 1:30 PM.
Admission is free, but donations are gladly accepted and will benefit Moriah, a local three-year old has been diagnosed with bone marrow failure & severe anemia.

LeeAnna Boggs & Seldom Heard play bluegrass and bluegrass gospel music. “We have been blessed with such wonderful talents and we choose to use them for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Because without him we have nothing!”

The Hefner Family play a variety of music styles, including Gospel, Civil War-era music, Bluegrass, Chord Melody guitar, early Country (Jimmy Rodgers to Waylon Jennings), Irish airs, and 50’s Doo Wop music. The Hefner Family plays at churches, family reunions, local festivals, Allegheny Mountain Radio, Pocahontas Opera House, the guitar shop, or the back porch.

The Viney Mountain Bluegrass Boys, from Pocahontas County, play traditional bluegrass music as influenced by the Black Mountain Bluegrass Boys and use acoustic instruments only.
